Oops! Our team had a ‘hiccup’ last week. A ‘hiccup’ is a minor setback or interruption. Your team might have had a hiccup recently or in the past. Well, two things you need to do when that happens it stop, reflect, and refocus. You may need to review plays you have done automatically without any thinking. Give them some extra thought to see if there is a way to do them better. Then practice them again and again. Maybe you’ve been a little tired and haven’t given your game your best energy. Refocus on your team and individual goals to help get you motivated again. Hiccups will happen in sports, in business, and in school. Just take a little time to reflect and refocus to do better the next time.
